 If, during a reading, LLW becomes concerned for your welfare, or if anything is disclosed that suggests you may be at risk of harm to yourself or others, LLW reserves the right to end the session and refer you to the appropriate professional support. In situations where there is a serious concern for safety, LLW may report the information to relevant authorities or safeguarding professionals.

·       Boundaries & Rights:

 LLW reserves the right to refuse service to any client at any time without explanation.

·       Age Restriction: 

You must be 18 years or older to book or receive a reading.

·       No Guarantees: 

Outcomes of readings are not guaranteed. The future is not fixed, and your free will plays a vital role in how things unfold.

 All readings are private and will not be shared without your explicit consent, except in the case of a safeguarding concern as outlined above.

·       Refund Policy:

 All bookings and readings are non-refundable. Booking deposits are also non-refundable. Clients may adjust their appointment once, with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
